As I specialise in providing Responsive Websites, SEO and Online Marketing for start-ups, trades and small and medium sized businesses I often have to advise people on the ins and outs of starting a business project.

Luckily I have a wealth of project planning and management experience from my days spent as a Design/Project Engineer and Six Sigma Belt plus the experience I have gained over the last few years running my own web design and online marketing business and being a commercial web developer.

  • A False Economy – Cheap Website Design

    In this day and age with dwindling budgets it only stands to reason that most people are going to look at the cheap end of the web design market. The issue with web design is that it’s quite hard for a business owner to tell what they are going to get for the money they spend. So they assume they are going to get something good for a small outlay and then by the time they have paid the fee and committed to the “deal” they find out its too late and the business had been damaged.
